I just purchased a 2005 mazda 6 yesterday and the driver side seat does not heat up the light does not come on when I fip the switch where can I start to look for the problem?

The fuse is fine the passanger side heats up but not the drivers side. Could it be as simple as the switch? Not sure how to remove the switch to check it is there a trick to get the switch out?
