2002 Nissan Sentra with Rough Start / Start Idle and Coolant Leak down. External Coolant Leak Not Visable. The oil and coolant appear normal, no discoloration. Is it possible to have a blown head gasket without the crossover of oil & coolant? The car has never been run hot. Recently replaced # 3 Coil Pack and Spark Plugs. Car seems to run normal
15/20 seconds after rough start and idle. If it is the head gasket why do I not see the oil / coolant crossover?

If the head gasket has failed between the water jacket and the cylinder, this will account for the rough idle and the coolant will go out the exhaust, this is not that unusual to see, get a head check done to confirm the gasket problem.
