Brake pedal soft, goes to floor. Master Brake Cylinder replaced twice. Dealership says right front Caliper slide pin sticking. Does this sound right? 2002 CR-V LX AWD

If the brakes overheat from the pin sticking it can cause brake fade and the pedal to go low. It needs to be fixed if it is sticking. Do you have rear drum brakes?

So the pedal stays low at the start of the day and later gets better?

Stays the same all day. Brakes but with consistent pressure will take pedal to the floor.
