Loosen the two 12mm nuts that hold the steering pump to the bracket. Loosen the wingnut until it's almost out of the pump. Hit the pump down with the palm of your fist or with the wooden end of a hammer. Remove the belt. Install and tension properly.

How do I remove and replace the air condition belt on a 2000 Honda Civic? I can't see how to get it off even though I've removed all other belts Thanks for your Help!

Loosen the bolt in pic to release tension on belt, you may needto loosen alternator and or a/c compressor. Then make sure to use a belt tension gauge so it'snot to loose or tight.
