1999 VW Jetta GL 2.0 gas. I have a power steering leak which I believe is coming from missing half of the driver side boot. Is this an easy fix or something that will take time to fix?

The boot on the rack and pion? You can put some leak dye in the power steering pump and use dye light to trace the leak down.
