I got vacuum diagram sent to me now how do I test for 0440 OBD code for aleak in vacuum lines or EVAP canister

Just bought this car yesterday drove for a few miles after testing it and check engine light came on after purchase took it staight to have code checked I spent all my savings on this car after spending a couple months trying fix my other nissan and pretty much got another piece of problem clutch and check engine light on both now have no extra money so if you could give some repair advice for me todo this vacuum job please plus im a seniorcitizen) will never have this money again (young senior)

First check all your vacuum lines to see if one came off, if you need to replace it they are available for minimal cost at auto stores. We need to know what engine you have for vacuum diagram.

Check fuel cap is on tight best way to find leak is to have EVAP system smoke tested really no other way to test
