I have a 1995 Honda Prelude SE with a 2000 VTEC engine. My fans will not come on. I have replaced the thermostat and the relay. Checked all fuses and they all are good. When I take the relay out and put a fuse in the spot to jump it the fan kicks on and stays on. Which it should if the fan is good. Also I believe this would tell me that all the wiring is good. I am stumped. Please help me.

The relay is not being activated and it could be due to a faulty fan switch or its wiring circuit. Disconnect the fan switch and use a jumper across the wire terminals. Turn ignition on, if fan works, you need to check the fan switch.
