How to replace the Lifter/CAM shaft?

I have the truck listed above, another lifter has gone bad again, not paying the dealer to replace them. I’m looking for step by step instructions on how to replace the lifters and camshaft, then I plan on installing an afm disabler, thanks.

So, the cylinder heads will need to be removed, so start by draining the engine oil and coolant, then disconnect the battery. Add new oil and coolant once the job is complete.

Also, the front timing chain cover will need to be removed so remove the serpentine belt and the accessories. Be sure not to allow any of the old gasket material to enter the engine because it will clog up the oil pump pickup. If you remove the oil pan clean it out as well. Remove the intake manifold and valve covers. Remember these head bolts are torque to yield so you will need new ones, Also, a new camshaft sprocket bolt. Check out the images (below).
